Pursuant to Rule 4 (E) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, the Family Court of Wood County, West Virginia, upon review of the record hereby enters an Order of Publication for service of the Order regarding the Respondent, Kenneth Joseph Savio. An advertisement shall be published in a qualified newspaper, “The Parkersburg News and Sentinel”, by running a legal advertisement once a week for two consecutive weeks.
The Order of Publication shall give the style of the suit as follows: In the Family Court of Harrison County, West Virginia VICKI D. SAVIO, Petitioner, v. KENNETH JOSEPH SAVIO, Respondent Civil Action No.: 24-D-190, before the Honorable Judge C. Darren Tallman. The Order of Publication shall state the object of the above civil action is as follows:
This action is for a divorce by the Petitioner, Vicki D. Savio, against the Respondent, Kenneth Joseph Savio.
Further, the Order of Publication shall state that it is ordered that the Respondent, Kenneth Joseph Savio, is to appear at the Family Court of Wood County, West Virginia located at the Wood County Courthouse, 313 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, for a Final Hearing on January 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.; otherwise that judgement by default will be rendered against the Respondent, Kenneth Joseph Savio.
Finally, the Order of Publication shall state that the Respondent, Kenneth Joseph Savio, can obtain a copy of the Order from the Wood County Circuit Clerk located at the aforementioned address.
