The object of the above entitled action is an unlawful detainer – Defendants, Arthur M. Cardwell, Sarah A. Cardwell, and/or any current occupants, are in unlawful possession of the Plaintiff’s real property situate at 1 Conrad Street, Mill Creek, West Virginia 26280.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the Plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the Defendants.
it is ordered that Arthur M. Cardwell, Sarah A. Cardwell, and/or any current occupants do serve upon Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, 448 Viking Drive, Suite 350, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23452 and Tracy M. Harper, magistrate, whose address is 11 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, West Virginia, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before December 20, 2024, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the Defendants at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
