City of Vienna Invitation to Bid FD#25-01
Purchase of Cabinets and Countertop for the Vienna Fire Department
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of kitchen cabinets and countertops for the Vienna Fire Department.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the office of the Finance Director, Vienna City Building, 609 29 th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 AM on Tuesday November 26, 2024 at the Vienna City Building, 609 29 th Street, Vienna, WV 26105, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked “SEALED BID FD #25-01.
Prospective bidders may contact Chief Steve Scholl at (304)295-5070 ext. 322, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a city business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered.
