ORDER OF PUBLICATION
Pursuant to Rule 4(E) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, upon review of the record, hereby enters an Order of Publication for a service of the Petition against the Unknown Father. An advertisement shall be published in a qualified newspaper, The Parkersburg News and Sentinel, by running a legal advertisement once a week for two consecutive weeks.
The Order of Publication shall give the style of the suite as follows: In the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, In re: The Petition of Uriel Reys, for the Adoption of F.C.R. , a minor child under the age of eighteen (18) years, and for a change of name of said child to F. R.C., Case No.:21-A-61, before the Honorable John D. Beane.
The Order of Publication shall state that the object of the above civil action is as follows: This action is for adoption by the Petitioner, Uriel Reys. Further, the Order of Publication shall state that it is ordered that the Unknown Father is to serve upon the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia located at 2 Government Square, Room 421, Parkersburg, WV 26101-5353, an Answer or other defense to the Petition within 30 days of this publication otherwise that judgment by default will be rendered against the Unknown Father.
Finally, the Order of Publication shall state that the Unknown Father can obtain a copy of the Petition from the Wood County Circuit Clerk located at the aforementioned address.
