ORDER
This matter came to be heard on the 13th day of November, 2024, on a Petition for Divorce filed by Trevor Smith. The Petitioner, TREVOR SMITH, appeared telephonically, pro se, and the Respondent, PAIGE MCKINNEY did not appear. Pursuant to the provisions of § 51-2A-8(c) of the Code of West Virginia, as amended, the testimony adduced at said hearing was electronically recorded.
WHEREUPON, the Family Court Judge reviewed the case file, and finds that the Respondent was properly served by publication from the 15th day of May, 2024 through the 22nd day of May, 2024. The Respondent has not submitted an answer in response to the Petition for Divorce filed.
THEREFORE, the Court, finding it proper so to do ORDERS that this matter by set for a Final Divorce on January 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. The Court further ORDERS the Circuit Clerk to publish the scheduled Final Divorce for January 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Parkersburg News and Sentinel for original service of process upon a non-resident Respondent in this proceeding.
It is further ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 22 of the Rules of Practice and Procedures for Family Court, the Circuit Clerk shall provide a certified copy of this Order to Trevor Alexander Smith at P.O. 163, Idamay, WV 26576.
