The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appears by affidavit filed in this action that ROBERT LYNN KETCHENS, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that ROBERT LYNN KETCHENS, Respondent, serve upon SUSAN D. ROGERS, Petitioner, whose address is 99 East Lubeck Hills Drive, Washington, WV 26181, an answer including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition, filed in this action on or before December 24, 2024.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition
