To the Above-Named Respondent, Heath Patterson:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the current address of Heath Patterson is unknown, despite attempts to serve him at 92 Warren Avenue, Parkersburg, WV 26104, and 2226 16th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26104, it is hereby ordered that the Wood County Clerk publish notice of this matter.
A hearing will be held in the case of Lexi B. Santini, Petitioner v. Heath Patterson, Respondent, in re minor child R.A.P. dob 9/30/2020 on January 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. before Judge Steed at the Wood County Family Court, located at 313 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26101.
Heath Patterson is required to appear to protect his interests. Failure to respond may result in the granting of the relief requested by the Petitioner.
