The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner.
It is hereby ORDERED that Aaron Mathers serve upon Kathryn Ann Mathers, petitioner, whose address 1603 Andrews St., Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 3, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
