LEGAL NOTICE
The County Commission of Wood County will be accepting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of a dilapidated garage/structure – one single story dilapidated garage – all trash, structural remains, and debris within the structure for a property located on Club Drive, Washington WV 26181 – Lubeck District – Map 0112 Parcel 0021.
Detailed demolition specifications may be obtained in the Wood County Compliance Office, 1 Court Square, Room 204, Parkersburg, WV 26101 or requested by email to [email protected].
All sealed bids must be received in the County Administrator’s Office, Room 205 of the Wood County Courthouse, no later than 9:00 A.M. on January 23, 2025; with bid opening to be held in the regular scheduled meeting of the County Commission at 10:15 A.M., January 23, 2025.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
