Both parties shall be present, in person or by counsel, if they desire to be heard and bring with them any documentation required such as a completed notarized financial statement, pay records, or other necessary documents
The Court ORDERS the Circuit Clerk to publish this scheduled Final Divorce Hearing for February 11, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the Parkersburg News and Sentinel for original service of process upon an unknown residency of the Respondent in this proceeding. Pursuant to the provision of Rule 22(1) of the West Virginia Rules of Practice and Procedure for Family Court, as amended, it is further ORDERED at the Clerk of this Court shall be, and is hereby, directed to provide certified copies of this Order to the parties or their counsel at their last know addresses.
