ORDER
This matter came to be heard on the 6th day of December, 2024, on a Petition for Divorce filed by Stephanie McCumbers. The Petitioner, STEPHANIE MCCUMBERS, appeared in person, pro se, and the Respondent, JUSTIN MCCUMBERS did not appear. Pursuant to the provisions of § 51-2A-8(c) of the Code of West Virginia, as amended, the testimony adduced at said hearing was electronically recorded.
WHEREUPON, the Family Court Judge reviewed the case file, and finds that the Respondent was properly served of the Petition for Divorce, but not of this hearing date and time. The Respondent has not submitted an answer in response to the Petition for Divorce filed.
THEREFORE, the Court, finding it proper so to do ORDERS that this matter be set for a Final Divorce Hearing on March 4, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. The Court further ORDERS the Circuit Clerk publish the scheduled Final Divorce for March 4, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in the Parkersburg News and Sentinel for original service of process upon a unknown residency of the Respondent in this proceeding.
Pursuant to the provisions of Rule 22(a) of the West Virginia Rules of Practice and Procedure for Family Court, as amended, it is further ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall be, and is hereby, directed to provide certified copies of this ORder to the parties at their last known addresses.
