NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
OF THE LITTLE KANAWHA DISTRICT OF THE
WEST VIRGINIA ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE
UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
It is the intent of the Trustees of the Little Kanawha District of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church to sell the following described tract of real estate situate in the City of Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, to Bradford Eugene Casto, said real estate being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEING all of Lot No. 70 of H. C. Hopkins Addition to the City of Parkersburg, as shown and designated on a plat of said Addition, said plat being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Wood County, West Virginia in Plat Book No. 1, at page 9, to which said plat reference is here made for a more complete description of said lot hereby conveyed.
BEING the same real estate conveyed unto Trustees of St. Paul’s Methodist Church NKA St. Paul’s United Methodist Church by a Deed of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 550, at page 27.
It is the intent of the Trustees of the Little Kanawha District of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church to sell said real estate for the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Six Thousand ($266,000.00) Dollars, to Bradford Eugene Casto, on January 13, 2025, or as soon thereafter as possible.
