Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of March, 2025, at 9:00 o’clock am, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Christa Dawn Lindsay will apply by petition ot the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia before the Honorable Judge Jaymie G. Wilfong, for entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Olivia Dawn Hall-Lindsay to Olivia Dawn Lindsay. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office.
