On or about April 24, 2015, L.F. and on or about November 26, 2013, R.F. the above-named children was born to JUDY MCCOLLIGAN. It appears that the whereabouts of the father, ROBERT FERRELL of the above-named children are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on February 19, 2025, at the hour of 2:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Respondent Father, ROBERT FERRELL has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation JOHN OSHOWAY, P.O. BOX 4185, PARKERSBURG, WV 26104 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 377-2499.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Respondent Father, ROBERT FERRELL, with respect to the above-named children L.F. & R.F.
