The object of the above-referenced action are divorce proceedings regarding the parties named herein.
And it appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the last known address of Crystal Michelle Bailey, is unknown, or is avoiding service, it is hereby ORDERED that Crystal Michelle Bailey, serve upon Justin M. Raber, counsel for the Petitioner, whose address is P. O. Box 345, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26102, a response or any defense you have to this action on or before the 31″ day of March, 2025. A Final Hearing on the Petition will be held on the 8th day of April, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. before the Hon. C. Darren Tallman, Family Court Judge, located at 315 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV.
