SERVICE DISTRICT
SEWER USE ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that on January 23, 2025, the Public Service Board of Lubeck Public Service District (the “District”) caused to be read an ordinance relating to the construction, acquisition, operation and maintenance of the District’s sewer collection and disposal system and to establish said Ordinance to comply with federal and state regulations.
The Public Service Board of the District will conduct a public hearing February 13, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on the proposed sewer use ordinance. Any person interested may appear before the Public Service Board of the District at the District’s office, 301 Ox Johnson Lane, Washington, West Virginia on said date and be heard with respect to the proposed sewer use ordinance. Following the public hearing, the Public Service Board of the District shall take such action as it shall deem proper.
A copy of the sewer use ordinance is on file with and available for public inspection during normal business hours at the District’s office, 301 Ox Johnson Lane, Washington, West Virginia.
