AMENDED ORDER
This matter came to be heard on the 15th day of January, 2025, on a Petition for Divorce filed by Teresa Rippeto.. The Petitioner, TERESA RIPPETO, appeared in person, pro se, and the Respondent, KEVIN RIPPETO did not appear. Pursuant to the provisions of § 51-2A-8(c) of the Code of West Virginia, as amended, the testimony adduced at said hearing was electronically recorded.
WHEREUPON, the Family Court Judge reviewed the case file, and finds that the Respondent was properly served of the Petition for Divorce, but has not submitted an answer in response to said Petition.
THEREFORE, the Court, finding it proper so to do ORDERS that this matter be set for a Final Divorce Hearing on March 5, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. The Court further ORDERS the Circuit Clerk publish the scheduled Final Divorce for March 5, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. In the Parkersburg News and Sentinel for original service of process upon a Respondent in this proceeding.
Pursuant to the provisions of Rule 22(a) of the West Virginia Rules of Practice and Procedure for Family Court, as amended, it is further ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court is directed to forward an attested copy of this Order to all parties.
