The object of the above-referenced action are eviction proceedings regarding the parties named herein.
And it appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the last known address of Sherry Johnson and Shavannah Johnson, is unknown, or is avoiding service, it is hereby ORDERED that Sherry Johnson and Shavannah Johnson, serve upon Justin M. Raber, counsel for the Plaintiff, whose address is P. O. Box 345, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26102, a response or any defense you have to this action on or before the 21st day of February, 2025. A Final Hearing on the Petition will be held on the 24th day of February, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. before the Magistrate Kuhl, Wood County Magistrate Court, located at 401 2nd Street, Parkersburg, WV. If you fail to do so, judgement will thereafter be taken against you. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
