The object of the above-styled action is to declare title to a vehicle that was purchased by the Petitioner on May 22, 1992, in the State of Florida. It appears by affidavit that Petitioner has used due diligence in ascertaining the whereabouts of the Respondents, without effect, that the Unknown Respondents are residents of the State of Florida, and that there are or may be persons, other than those named in the Petition who may have an interest in the subject matter of the action, whose names are unknown to the Petitioner and are made Respondents by general description, accordingly:
It is ORDERED that Respondents serve upon Greyson C. Teets, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 1819, Elkins, West Virginia, 26241, an Answer or other responsive pleading to the Petition, filed in this action within 30 days of the date of first publication of this Order of Publication, otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against you. A copy of the Petition can be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia.
