On or about December 23, 2024 B.E. the above-named child was born to CRYSTAL EVANS. It appearing that the Mother, CRYSTAL EVANS, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on March 21, 2025, at the hour of 3:30 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, CRYSTAL EVANS, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation JOHN OSHOWAY, P.O. Box 4185, PARKERSBURG, WV 26104, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 377-2499.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, CRYSTAL EVANS, with respect to the above-named child, B.E.
