THE OBJECT OF THIS PROCEEDING IS TO ADJUDICATE AN ALLEGATION OF ABUSE OR NEGLECT BY GARY WISE, CUSTODIAN OF SAID L.W. and O.W., CHILDREN.
TO THE ABOVE NAME GARY WISE, CUSTODIAN OF SAID L.W. and O.W., CHILDREN.
It is hereby ordered that Gary Wise, custodian of said L.W. and O.W., children, appear at the hearing set in this matter on the 26th day of March, 2025, at 1:15 p.m. o’clock or as may be continued from time to time; as the matter may be heard in the courtroom of the Circuit Court of Ritchie County, West Virginia, at Harrisville, West Virginia. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you wherein your parental rights to said L.O. and O.W., children may be terminated or otherwise affected.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
