West Virginia University at Parkersburg Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to complete the Phase 4 Site Improvements project. Work includes but is not limited to site improvement work around the entire campus including modifications to existing utilities and parking, new grading, paving, and sidewalk improvements, and other utility improvements as noted in the contract documents. Phase 4 work shall be carefully coordinated with other phases of work occurring concurrently on site.
Electronic bid documents will be available on March 5, 2025 at www.pickeringplanroom.com at no cost. A Prebid meeting will be held on March 11, 2025, at 1:00 pm at the WVUP – Innovation Technology Center located at 1 Campus View Drive, Vienna, WV 26105. Bids will be due at 10:00 a.m. on April 4, 2025, at the WVU-P Purchasing Department at 300 Campus Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26104. A public bid opening will take place in the Riverhawk Conference Room directly after bids are due.
