to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600
In order to removeGreenbrier Limestone by conducting Quarry and underground operations.
The operation is discharging into The Tygart Valley River of Monongahela river and is located 3.8 miles, northwest of ELKINS West Virgina in LEADSVILLE. District of Randolph County Longitude 79 54 31 “and Latitude 38 55 37 : (Cooridinates from USGS Topographic Map).
Written comments on the Article 4 Quarry Permit Renewal Application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until April 5, 2025 or thrity (30) days from the date of pulication. A copy of the application will be available for review in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above and is available at:
