Sealed solicitations will be received by the Mountain State Educational Services Cooperative (MSESC) until 12:00pm, Wednesday, April 16, 2025
Request for Proposal (RFP) includes: Workforce Development Board – Mid Ohio Valley for the American Job Center – One Stop Operator and/or One Stop Case Management. MSESC RFP documents can be downloaded on the AEPAWV website www.aepawv.com. All responses must be in electronic format and submitted via email (Preferred), US mail, or hand delivery.
Solicitations will be publicly opened after 2:00pm on April 16, 2025, at Mountain State Educational Services Cooperative, 501 22nd Street, Dunbar, WV 25064
