You are hereby notified that JAMESON SAMUEL YOUNG AND MORGAN SLATER YOUNG, Executors of the above Decedent’s Estate, have filed the Executor’s WAIVER OF FINAL SETTLEMENT with me and I have completed my Fiduciary Commissioner’s Report to said Commission, and will hold the Report in my office for a period of 10 days from this date for inspection of all interested parties. If no exceptions are taken thereto, the same will be filed with the Clerk of said Commission.
