To all creditors of Sheldon Jay Sheridan, deceased, including those holding liens by judgment or otherwise on his real estate, or any part thereof. In pursuance of an order of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, made in the above-styled cause therein pending, to subject the real estate of the said Sheldon Jay Sheridan, deceased, to the payment of his debts, including those which are liens on such real estate, or any part of it, you are hereby required to present your claims to the undersigned Special Commissioner, on or before the 28 th day of March, 2025.

Said real estate is described as all that certain lot, tract or parcel of real estate located in Parkersburg, District of Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, Map 64, parcel 23, and furthermore having a physical address of 1800 Washington Avenue, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101 more particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point of the intersection of the southerly line of Washington Avenue (21st Street) and the easterly line of Liberty Street; thence with the southerly line of the said Washington Avenue in an easterly direction 75 feet to a point; thence at right angles in a southerly direction, parallel to the said easterly line of Liberty Street, 130 feet to a point in the northerly line of a 20 foot alley; thence with the said line in a westerly direction 75 feet to the easterly line of said Liberty Street; thence with said line in a northerly direction 130 feet to the place of beginning, being all of Lot No. 42 and the westerly one-half of Lot No. 43 of Dils Heirs Addition No. 2, a plat of which said Addition is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Plat Book No. 1, at Page 28.

Being the same property conveyed unto Sheldon J. Sheridan by Judith W. Gemma-Sjostedt, by deed dated the 3rd day of January 2017, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 1257, at page 267.
