Advertisement for Bids
Wood County Schools will be accepting bids for the County Wide Signage project. The project entails demolition/removal of existing signage, localized patch work, and installation of new building signage on fifteen (15) Wood County Schools buildings for classrooms and miscellaneous rooms, exterior doors and windows. This scope of work is to be completed during the Summer break of 2025. Electronic bid documents will be available on March 19, 2025, at www.pickeringplanroom.com at no cost. Documents can be downloaded for free or hard copies can be ordered from Pickering Associates for the cost of printing. A Prebid meeting will be held in Room 101C at the Wood County Schools Board Office located at 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on March 27, 2025, at 10:00 am. Bids will be due at 1:00 p.m. on April 16, 2025, at the Wood County Schools Board Office located at 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg WV 26101 at which time and place there will be a public bid opening.
