Siding and Sliding Door Replacement- Tanglewood Villa & Rolling Meadow
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF JACKSON COUNTY, Ripley, West Virginia will receive sealed bids for its TANGLEWOOD VILLA AND ROLLING MEADOW PROJECT until 2:00 PM EST on April 23, 2025. At that time, and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of but is not limited to the replacement of siding and sliding doors, etc., and all associated work for a complete project. Contractors shall have 5 years minimum experience in the work to be performed.

Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained at the office of the Architect, ADKINS DESIGN, Inc. 1522 Clearview Heights, Charleston, WV 25312 (304) 546-3523, upon payment of a non-refundable $50.00. Each bidder is required to purchase one set of project documents to insure that they possess and maintain the most current and complete set of drawings, Project Manual, and addenda. Examination of Plans, Project Manual, and Addenda at plan rooms are not guaranteed to be the latest issues. Bidder may also examine bid documents at the following locations:

A Pre-bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM EST on April 9, 2025, at the Administrative Office Building located at 75 Whispering Way Rd. Ripley, West Virginia. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is recommended. Site visitation is mandatory and will be conducted immediately after the pre-bid meeting.
The Housing Authority of Jackson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. A certified check or bank draft, payable to The Housing Authority of Jackson County Par Value U. S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
