LEGAL NOTICE
The County Commission of Wood County will be accepting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of a double-wide modular home, all trash, and debris within the structure for a property located at 1125 Kesterson Road, Parkersburg WV 26101.
Detailed demolition specifications may be obtained in the Wood County Compliance Office, 1 Court Square, Room 204, Parkersburg, WV 26101 or requested by email to [email protected].
All sealed bids must be received in the County Administrator’s Office located at No. 1 Court Square, Suite 205, Parkersburg WV 26101, no later than 9:30 A.M. on April 7, 2025; with bid opening to be held at 10:00 A.M on April 7, 2025. Please put “SEALED BIDS” on all envelopes.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
