NOTICE OF PLANNED
CONVEYANCE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to West Virginia Code Chapter 35, Article 1, Section 10, by the Trustees of New Life Church (“Trustees”), which is designated as a church, religious sect or denomination, of the pending sale of the church property described below. This conveyance of church property will occur on or after April 7, 2025, and the Trustees will convey all that certain real estate more particularly described below, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the Trustees of The Arbor Church for the consideration of $200,000.00.
Legal description: All of that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on the east side of U.S. Route 219-250, Beverly District, Randolph County, West Virginia, and bounded on the south by the new W.Va. County Route 30 and on the north by the old W.Va. 30, being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a 3/4 inch by 30 inch iron pipe driven in the eastern boundary of U.S. 219-250, said point being in the center of the old Route of W.Va. County Route 30, thence leaving U.S. 219-250, with the center of the old Route of W.Va. County Route 30, thence leaving U.S. Route 219-250 with the center of the old road the following nine courses S. 6 15′ E. 60.7 feet; S 46 50′ E. 48.1 feet; S. 55 25′ E. 72.9 feet; S. 70 50′ E. 73.4 feet; S. 85 35′ E. 83.5 feet; N 89 00′ E. 95.6 feet; S. 80 15′ E. 61.0 feet; S. 52 00′ E. 51.0 feet and S. 37 40′ E. 84.6 feet to a point in the northern boundary of the new W.Va. County Route 30; thence with the northern boundary of the new W.Va. County Route 30 on a curve to the left with a radius of 592.96 feet to the P.C. of said curve, the chord of the last call being N. 88 00′ W. 120.50 feet, to a ¾ inch by 30 inch iron pipe driven; thence continuing with the northern boundary of the new W.Va. County Route 30, S. 85 50′ W. 447.7 feet to a ¾ inch by 30 inch iron pipe driven in the eastern boundary of U.S. Route 219-250; N. 4 00′ E. 105.0 feet; S. 86 00′ E. 5.0 feet, N 8 42′ E. 119.8 feet and N. 22 52′ E. 85.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.52 acres, more or less, as surveyed by William D. Swecker of Elkins.
