On or about November 13, 2023, G.L. was born to Rebecca Ross-Lonas, Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 4, Section 601 of the West Virginia Code, notice is hereby given to you that a Petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, West Virginia, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights. It appearing that the whereabouts of BRANDON LONAS are presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that BRANDON LONAS is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, West Virginia, and it is further ORDERED that BRANDON LONAS is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Anita Harold Ashley, Judge of the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Calhoun County Courthouse, Grantsville, West Virginia, on May 14, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. for an Adjudicatory Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition. You have the right to counsel at every stage of the proceedings and counsel has been so appointed. Failure to answer and defend could result in the permanent loss of parental rights. The adjudicatory hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
