The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Wise Medical Staffing, CON File #25-1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11-13237-PC, to provide personal care services through WV Medicaid in Brooke, Hancock, Jackson, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Wetzel, Wood, Boone, Cabell, Kanawha, Logan, Mason, Putnam, Berkeley, Braxton, Hampshire, Harrison, Jefferson, Lewis, Morgan, Preston, Upshur, Fayette, Greenbrier, Monroe, Nicholas and Raleigh Counties in WV. Capital Expenditure 1,500.
