ACQUISITION
NEGOTIATION SERVICES
Lubeck Public Service District (the “District”) located in Wood County, West Virginia requests proposals for the services of a land negotiator to acquire easements for a water and sewer line extension project.
The selected agent will be an individual or firm familiar with property owner negotiations. The company or individual will reach out to landowners of properties identified by the District. All companies or individuals interested in being considered for this project must submit a proposal detailing qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, cost, and related prior experience. The District anticipates it will require no more than ten (10) easements for the project.
Interested firms must submit two copies of all requested information to: Lubeck Public Service District, 301 Ox Johnson Lane, Washington, West Virginia 26181, Attn: Rocky McConnell, General Manager no later than April 30, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Should there be any questions please contact Rocky McConnell at (304) 863-3341.
