Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of May, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner Joshua Curtis Flynn, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court, declaring the Petitioner emancipated. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
