Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of May, 2025, at 2:15 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Naomi Rubin-Echard , will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Naomi Rubin-Echard to Naomi Rubin. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further said hearing maybe be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at his/her office.
