Invitation for Bids
Elkins Railyard and Event Center: Kitchen Equipment
Publish: April 23 and April 30, 2025 – The Intermountain Newspaper
Project Location: Elkins Railyard Event & Conference Center (currently under construction) located on Martin Street, Elkins, WV 26241
The Randolph County Development Authority is seeking bids for the kitchen furnishings, equipment and delivery of all equipment set forth in the Request for Proposals. Bid proposals shall include furnishings, equipment, materials, storage, insurance and any other applicable fees.
The format for submittals and information regarding the scope of work is available from the Randolph County Development Authority Office at 10 11th Street, Suite A, Elkins, WV 26241 or via email to

Proposals must be submitted to the Randolph County Development Authority Office, 10 11th Street, Suite A, Elkins, WV 26241 no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Proposals received by this deadline will be opened, reviewed, and read aloud by the Authority’s Executive Director immediately thereafter. Failure to provide the required information as requested in the RFP for Development Authority’s review may result in disqualification.
The Randolph County Development Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and waive any informality during the bidding process. This purchase has been made possible by generous support from a United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Grant.
