Invitation to Bid #PK 25-05
Construction of a 24 Ft. x 144 Ft. Pole Building
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the construction of a 24ft x 144ft pole building to be located at 210 60 th Street.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the Vienna City Building, 609 29 th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
There will be a Mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, May 8th, at 9:00am at the Vienna Utility Board located at 210 60 th Street.
Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the Vienna City Building, 609 29 th Street, Vienna, WV 26105, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked “SEALED BID #PK 25-05”. Prospective bidders may contact Lisa Bibbee at 304-295-6928, between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
