Pursuant to West Virginia Code § 48-25-101 et seq, notice is hereby given that the Honorable Judge Robert A. Waters will hear a petition captioned IN RE: THE NAME CHANGE OF MELISSA CHARLENE ELSON-CAR- PENTER, (25-P-100) on the 13th day of May 2025, at 10:30 a.m. o’clock or as soon thereafter as the petition may be heard. Petitioner is asking for her name to be changed to MELISSA CHARLENE ELSON. Any interested party may be present and heard at that time if they so desire. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
