Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of June, 2025, at 11:15 am, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner(s), Destiny Kendrick will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Destiny Kendrick to Cauis Lore . At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
