PUBLIC NOTICE
The WWW Interstate Planning Commission (WWW) will hold a quarterly meeting on May 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the conference room at the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Council, located at 709 Market Street in Parkersburg, WV. The WWW meeting is open to the public and may be attended in person or virtually using the link provided on the agency website at triplew.org. The meeting agenda includes transportation project status reports, transportation provider updates, consideration of amendments to the Fiscal Year 2024-2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), adoption of the Final Fiscal Year 2026-2029 TIP, adoption of the Final Fiscal Year 2026 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP), the Air Quality Conformity Determinations for both the Horizon 2045 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and the Final FY 2026-2029 TIP, an amendment to the WWW Prospectus and approval of the Washington County Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan Update.. Other business will be conducted by the Board as outlined in the meeting agenda at triplew.org. The TIP documents highway, transit, and bicycle-pedestrian projects programmed over the four-year period utilizing federal funding. The UPWP outlines transportation planning activities and budgets for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025. The Air Quality Conformity Determinations evaluate whether the Horizon 2045 LRTP and the Final FY 2026-2029 TIP meet the requirements of the Clean Air Act and applicable state air quality regulations. The Prospectus defines WWW’s planning structure and process. In accordance with the public participation requirements for WWW, anyone interested in reviewing the proposed TIP amendments, the Final TIP, the Final UPWP, the Air Quality Conformity Determinations, or the amendment to the Prospectus can visit the agency website at triplew.org. WWW staff will also be available for comments by contacting Vincent Post III at (304) 699-3721. All comments must be submitted by 4 PM on May 20, 2025, to be considered in the decision-making process. This notice of public involvement activities and time established for public review and comment satisfies the program of projects public participation requirements.
