Please be advised that a (10) days’ notice from the receipt of this notice to reclaim your vehicle and pay all towing, preservation and storage charges that have resulted from the taking of the above vehicle into possession.
Failure of the owner or lien holder of record to exercise their right to reclaim the above vehicle within 10 days, shall be deemed a waiver by the owner and all lien holders of record of all right, title and interest in the vehicle and of their consent to the sale or disposal of the abandoned or junked vehicle.
