Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of June, 2025, at 9:45am, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner(s), Shay Lee Mundt will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Shay Lee Mundt to Shay Lee Hendrickson. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
