1. The object of this suit is to cancel the title to a manufactured home that is titled in the name of Nora M. Stauffer and Raymond A. Stauffer.

Stauffer must appear and defend on or before July 24, 2025, which is not fewer than 30 days after the first publication hereof, otherwise a judgment by default will be rendered against the Heirs of Nora M. Stauffer and Raymond A. Stauffer at any time thereafter.
