LEGAL NOTICE
The County Commission of Wood County is accepting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of a two-story structure, small storage structures, chicken coops and animal pens, all trash, and debris within property located at 246 Tanner Lane, Walker, WV 26180.
Detailed demolition specifications may be obtained in the Wood County Compliance Office, 1 Court Square, Room 204, Parkersburg, WV 26101 or requested by email to [email protected].
All sealed bids must be received in the County Administrator’s Office located at No. 1Court Square, Suite 205, Parkersburg, WV 26101, no later than 9:30 A.M. on July 14, 2025; with bid opening to be held at 10:00 A.M on July 14, 2025. Please put “SEALED BIDS” on all envelopes.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
