Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of July, 2025, at 1:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner(s), will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from King Chapman to King Dotson. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at his/her office.
