Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of August, 2025, at 11:30 am, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Keith Evan Smith will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Keith Evan Smith to Kenzie May Smith. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
