The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that HEATHER RENEE SMITH, is a non- resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that HEATHER RENEE SMITH , Respondent, serve upon MARK MATTHEW SMITH, Petitioner, whose address is 2104 12th Av, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition, filed in this action on or before August 11, 2025.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
