COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AMENDMENT
The City of Vienna is proposing an amendment to its CDBG Grant – No. B20MW540008. The Amendment is as follows:

Transfer Fund Balance to New Project :
Emergency Generator for Vienna Senior
Citizens Center $51,736.62 $0.00
The purpose of this public notice is to inform affected citizens and to invite public comments on the proposed changes to the Community Development Block Grant Program.
The City will hold a public hearing on this proposed amendment on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 4:00 pm at the Vienna City Building, City Council Chambers, 609 29 th Street, Vienna, WV. The City will consider comments received, and if appropriate, modify the proposed budget.
The City will also receive written comments on this proposed amendment until August 7, 2025. Comments should be submitted to:

The proposed plan is available for review during business hours in the Office of the Vienna Finance Director 9 am – 4 pm Monday through Friday or on the City’s webpage (https://vienna-wv.com/) and will be presented to Vienna City Council at their August 14, 2025 meeting.
