TO THE ABOVE-NAMED MAKAYLA LAYFIELD, MOTHER, OF SAID BABY GIRL LAYFIELD, INFANT.
It is hereby ordered that Makayla Layfield, mother, of said Baby Girl Layfield, infant, appear at the hearing set in this matter on the 18th day of September, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. or as may be continued from time to time; as the matter may be heard in the courtroom of the Circuit Court of Ritchie County, West Virginia, at Harrisville, West Virginia. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you wherein your parental rights to said BABY GIRL LAYFIELD, infant, may be terminated or otherwise affected.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
