The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the above-named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that MACKENZIE JOLEEN RICHMOND, is a non- resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that Respondent, MACKENZIE JOLEEN RICHMOND, serve upon, EMMA JEAN RICHMOND, Petitioner, by serving Celeste Ridgway, Circuit Clerk, whose address is Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before August 13, 2025.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
